That's pretty much what I have to do each time I decide to burn a CD. Keep trying different CD burning software till you find one that makes a CDR that passes this test. If the gaps are different or the total length of the CD is different then the burning software added gaps between the tracks. If the gaps are the same then you've likely burned a correct gapless copy of the CD with the same gaps. Then use EAC to check that the gaps are the same as the original CD (Action > Detect Gaps). The last time was with Windows Vista and I can't remember if I was successful or not in getting EAC to burn a CD. The truth is, I haven't tried using EAC to burn a CD in over 10 years. I'm not sure how well Windows 10 still supports those old ways of burning a CD. ![]() I have the impression that if I split the files using the cue sheet there might be a slite gap on the disc and I really dont want that I have win 7 and Nero. Old ways of accessing the CD drive for burning. I have a lot of old cd rips as flac and cue as in 1 flac for the entire disc and a cue sheet, and would like to burn them to cds. But it uses old-school old methods for burning CDs.
